Terms of Use
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to web content, installer download links, and configuration guides provided by Clash Free Download. Please review them before using these resources.
1. Scope and Purpose
This site curates download links, setup guides, and troubleshooting resources for clients in the Clash ecosystem for educational, research, and technical reference purposes only. It is an independent information resource, unaffiliated with client developers or open-source projects. It does not provide proxy nodes, subscription services, or guaranteed network access.
Before visiting this site, downloading software, or following a guide, read these terms and the license for the software you choose. If you do not agree, stop using the relevant resource. Client installations, third-party subscriptions, and external websites may have separate terms; these terms do not replace them.
2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities
You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and those applicable to your activities, as well as the policies of your employer or school and your network provider. Confirm that you have the necessary authorization before installing software, changing network settings, or accessing resources. Do not use this site's materials or related software for unlawful purposes.
Do not use these tools to conduct cyberattacks, gain unauthorized access, violate others' privacy, steal data, or distribute unlawful content. A software feature does not mean its use is authorized by law or by the rights holder. You are legally responsible for your own actions.
3. Software Sources and User Responsibility
Clients and cores are provided by their respective open-source projects or developers. Refer to each project's release notes for features, supported systems, maintenance status, and license terms. This site curates download links and instructions but does not develop, test, or maintain every application. Site information may differ from later releases.
Before installing, check your device architecture, operating system version, and required permissions. Before changing DNS, system proxy, TUN mode, or service mode, back up a working configuration and learn how to restore the original settings. Subscription links may contain access credentials; keep them secure and never expose the full link in public screenshots, logs, or discussions.
4. Availability and Disclaimer
The materials on this site are provided as is. We do not guarantee they will work for every device, network, or use case, or that they will always be complete, accurate, or available. Software updates, changes to third-party services, network outages, and differences in device environments may cause downloads to fail, configurations to stop working, or connections to become unreliable.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for service interruptions, data loss, business disruption, or other losses resulting from using or being unable to use related software, materials, or external services. Back up important data and test software in a non-production environment first. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
5. Intellectual Property and Open-Source Licenses
The names, marks, code, and documentation of Clash, mihomo, and each client belong to their respective rights holders. References to them on this site identify the relevant software and instructions and do not imply endorsement. Use, modification, and distribution of software must comply with the applicable open-source licenses and copyright notices.
Open source does not mean copyright-free. When redistributing software, retain required notices and meet applicable obligations, including source-code requirements. When quoting original material from this site, credit the source and do not remove or alter key conditions in a way that could mislead. Third-party materials remain subject to their original licenses.
6. Updates and Support
We may revise these terms as the site's content, software ecosystem, or legal requirements change. Updates will be posted on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed accordingly. Revised terms apply to relevant use after publication and do not automatically change responsibility for earlier conduct, except where required by law.
For configuration issues, first reproduce the steps in the subscription setup guide, then use Troubleshooting to identify the cause. When reporting a problem, include the client name, system environment, and exact error message, and remove sensitive information. Report software defects through the relevant project's public issue-tracking channel.
