Privacy Policy
This policy explains how information is handled when you visit clash-cloud.com. It applies to this site's pages, download links, and tutorials.
This is a static information site offering Clash client download links, setup guides, and troubleshooting articles. The website operates separately from the client software and any services used after installation. Refer to their respective privacy policies for details on how clients, subscription services, and external websites handle information.
1. Information We Collect
This site does not offer account registration, ask for your name, phone number, or email address, or accept subscription links, node credentials, or configuration files through page forms. You can read the tutorials without submitting this information. Settings windows and configuration snippets shown in the guides are for instructional purposes only; they do not mean this site is accessing your device's configuration.
When your browser requests a page or file, the server hosting the site and network service providers may process technical information such as your IP address, request time, page path, response status, browser identifier, and referring page. This information is used to deliver content, troubleshoot access issues, and detect unusual requests. It is not information you actively submit.
2. How We Use Analytics
This site uses analytics to understand page views, traffic sources, device types, and platform selections on download pages. The data helps identify tutorials that need more detail, hard-to-find links, and compatibility issues. Clicking a download link records use of that link; it does not confirm that a file was downloaded or a client installed.
Analytics requests may include page and referrer URLs, visit times, and browser and device information. They may also use identifiers to distinguish browsing sessions. Do not include subscription URLs, passwords, or other sensitive information in URL query parameters on this site, as they may be included in request logs. Reading tutorials does not give this site access to your client's proxy traffic or a complete record of the websites you visit.
3. Cookies and Local Storage
Depending on the analytics configuration in use, analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers to associate visit records. Browser local storage may also retain interface preferences. States such as expanded menus, page anchors, and platform selections may not need to be saved persistently. You can check specific stored items in your browser's site data settings or developer tools.
To limit storage, block cookies in your browser settings, clear this site's data, or use private browsing. After clearing data, saved preferences may return to their defaults, and analytics identification may change. Blocking storage generally does not affect access to static page content. Private browsing does not prevent servers from processing the network information needed to respond to requests.
4. Download Links and Third-Party Sites
This site may link to app stores, project websites, and other information pages. Once you follow an external link, the destination may handle your IP address, browser information, cookies, and referrer data under its own policies. This policy does not replace the destination site's terms. Downloads may also be served through file distribution services, whose operational logs may be handled differently from website visit records.
Before downloading, check the destination domain, client name, device architecture, and file type. During installation, review the publisher and permissions shown by your operating system. Do not submit subscription credentials unrelated to the download on external pages. Subscription details imported into a client and subsequent network connections are handled by the software and services you use, not by this site's static pages.
5. Privacy Settings and Policy Updates
You can stop visiting the site at any time, clear website data saved by your browser, or use your browser's tracking protection settings. This site has no account system, so it has no account portal for viewing or deleting personal information. Clearing local data does not also delete server operational logs that have already been created.
If site features, analytics, or information handling change, this policy will be updated at this URL and the last-updated month at the top of the page will be revised. Changes involving new uses of information will be explained alongside the relevant feature. For setup guidance or help resolving issues, see the subscription setup guide or Troubleshooting. Before troubleshooting, make sure to hide your subscription links and access credentials.
